A Unidade de Cuidados Continuados Integrados de Longa Dura\u00e7\u00e3o e Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Samuel \u00e9 uma unidade de internamento, de car\u00e1ter tempor\u00e1rio ou permanente, para prestar apoio social e cuidados de sa\u00fade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o a pessoas com doen\u00e7as ou processos cr\u00f3nicos, com diferentes n\u00edveis de depend\u00eancia e que n\u00e3o re\u00fanam condi\u00e7\u00f5es para serem cuidadas no domic\u00edlio. A Unidade iniciou atividade em Outubro de 2016, com acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o para 20 doentes.<\/p>\n
